Philemon
Philemon is Paul's personal appeal for Onesimus, an enslaved man who has become a Christian. Paul asks Philemon to receive him as a beloved brother rather than treat him only by his social status. The letter shows the gospel pressing directly on power, debt, reconciliation and human dignity.
